The mystery of the magnetic field

At one of the international scientific congresses “Fundamental Problems of Natural Sciences in St. Petersburg , Doctor of Technical Sciences from voennoinzhenernoy Academy . Mozhaiskogo Mikhail Fedorovich Ostrikov read his report on the new manifestations of magnetism and this confirmed speculation that a perpetual motion machine has been established that this is – a reality.

On the same day the congress British scientists have shown a new television film Bi the BBC about John Searle – English inventor-electrics, which in 80 years written many newspapers around the world. One of the formulas open Ostrikov reads: “the interaction of two annular permanent magnets with axial rotation of the magnetization occurs one of them …”

Michael Ostrikov made on the basis of this, a few formulas of discoveries, which states that light travels in outer space with a variable speed. Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Leo Sapogin years devoted to the issue of new energy sources on the principle of extracting energy from the vacuum by using permanent magnets. In the December issue of the journal “Science in America ” for 1997, an article appeared Philip Jama with the intriguing title “Extracting energy from the vacuum” on the problem of creating a perpetual motion machine. American Institute for the study of fundamental problems is the use of experiments on the fluctuations of the vacuum energy without combustion or direct the use of any sources of energy.

They require no fuel and produce energy in the 300-500 percent of the original.

Alternative sources of energy nearly every year examined at a conference in the State Duma, which organizes the department “Phenomenon” newspaper “Trud”, which tells a lot about the many projects such as generators. These devices can individually provide warmth and energy of every house and every apartment, with no need for CHP, hydro and nuclear power plants, in the wires and central heating.
